Objective
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will be responsible for business growth, sales performance, recruiting and managing new and existing customers in the assigned portfolio, and ensuring superior execution of business processes/activities. sales and service and internal standards, in particular customer service and KYC
Main responsibilities
- Actively approach targeted business customers and drive sales performance through the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieving targets
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential customers, interact with business partners, and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
- Monitor key account performance trends and determine appropriate actions to resolve any issues to optimize business and provide the best customer service and credit policy compliance
- Act as a professional advisor and assume a leadership role between the Polytanks-Kraft division and its customers to ensure that the company’s corporate image is maintained and, in doing so, extract maximum value from existing business
- Participate in negotiations and become a key player in the administration of contractual agreements with customers.
- Provide the company with marketing/sales information related to own area of responsibility and contribute to company performance.
- Carry out market studies (Analyze competitors, the effectiveness of sales strategies, etc.)
- Key player in budgeting and planning, tracking and reporting sales volume, compiling relevant reports for management use
